Prenotazione e Pagamento:
È necessario prenotare in anticipo per partecipare alla Cooking Class.
Il pagamento deve essere effettuato al momento della prenotazione per garantire il tuo posto.
Accettiamo pagamenti tramite i metodi specificati al momento della prenotazione.
Cancellazione e Rimborso:
Le cancellazioni devono essere comunicate almeno 48 ore prima dell’inizio della classe per ottenere un rimborso completo.
In caso di cancellazioni effettuate meno di 48 ore prima dell’inizio della classe, non sarà previsto alcun rimborso.
Non è previsto alcun rimborso per eventi privati o qualunque tipo di evento diverso dalla shared cooking class.
In caso di cancellazione da parte nostra a causa di circostanze impreviste, ti offriremo un rimborso completo.
Requisiti di Sicurezza e Istruzioni:
È responsabilità dei partecipanti seguire attentamente le istruzioni fornite dai nostri chef e rispettare le norme di sicurezza in cucina.
È necessario indossare abbigliamento e calzature adatti alla cucina, come sciarpe, capelli legati e scarpe chiuse.
Non ci assumiamo responsabilità per danni o incidenti derivanti dalla mancata osservanza delle istruzioni o dalla non conformità ai requisiti di sicurezza.
Proprietà Intellettuale:
Tutti i materiali, le ricette e le informazioni fornite durante la Cooking Class sono di proprietà intellettuale della nostra azienda e non possono essere riprodotti o distribuiti senza il nostro consenso scritto.
Limitazione di Responsabilità:
Non ci assumiamo alcuna responsabilità per danni personali, perdite o danni materiali durante la partecipazione alla Cooking Class.
Ogni partecipante è responsabile dei propri effetti personali e oggetti di valore.
Modifiche ai Termini e Condizioni:
Ci riserviamo il diritto di apportare modifiche ai presenti Termini e Condizioni in qualsiasi momento. Le modifiche saranno efficaci immediatamente dopo la loro pubblicazione sul nostro sito web o altra forma di comunicazione.

Booking and Payment:
It is necessary to book in advance to participate in the Cooking Class. Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept payments through the methods specified at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the start of the class in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the class, no refund will be provided. No refunds are provided for private events or any type of event other than the shared cooking class. In case of cancellation on our part due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund.
Safety Requirements and Instructions:
Participants are responsible for carefully following the instructions provided by our chefs and respecting all kitchen safety rules. Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn in the kitchen, such as scarves, tied-back hair, and closed-toe shoes. We are not responsible for any damage or accidents resulting from failure to follow instructions or comply with safety requirements.
Intellectual Property:
All materials, recipes, and information provided during the Cooking Class are the intellectual property of our company and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability:
We assume no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or material damage during participation in the Cooking Class. Each participant is responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon being published on our website or communicated through other means. By agreeing to participate in our Cooking Class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
